The goal of MapleLegends is to provide you with the most nostalgic and functional pre-Big Bang MapleStory playing experience to date. As a staff, we host, run and develop this server with all of you in mind, since your happiness is our top priority. For more information about what our goal as a staff is, please go here.
The MapleLegends alpha period lasted from August 2014 until December 2014. Closed beta lasted one month from December 2014 until January 2015. Open Beta lasted 3 months from January 2015 until March 2015. And finally, the MapleLegends you see today was released on April 1st 2015. This is not, however, the end. Development is continuous and we are always looking for ways to add new content and improve your overall gameplay experience.
Our rates are 2x experience, 3x quest experience, 1x meso, and 1x drop. 2x experience and drop cards are purposefully unavailable and will not be available at any point in the future. However, increased experience and drop events lasting for short periods of time are definitely something to look out for in the future.

Some of our notable features include mini-games such as Match Cards and Omok, Cash Shop Storage, all merchanting features such as Hired Merchants and Owl of Minerva, all pet-related features, every quest working, every skill working, along with completely GMS-content such as job advancements, party quests, and transportation.

Simply go to the Downloads section of our site and click on the link you'd like to use. Our game can be played on Windows, Mac, and Linux machines. Once you have downloaded the setup, simply click it and run the installer. A MapleLegends folder should be automatically created with all of our most recent and up-to-date files.
Is your anti-virus removing MapleLegends? Some anti-virus systems still may detect a trojan in the MapleLegends download. Have no fears! This is a completely false positive, and simply disabling your anti-virus or adding the download as an exception should allow you to download and install our game perfectly fine. If you are concerned, please let us know and we will happily provide a virus scan for you.
The primary way to receive Legends Cash (NX) is by voting for MapleLegends on our website. You can vote once every 24 hours by logging into your site account and clicking the vote button. You must then click on the vote button on GTOP100 and have your vote be successfully processed in order to receive Legends Cash. Every 24 hours, you can receive a maximum of 5000 Legends Vote Cash. While you do not to be logged out of the game to vote, you do need to have a character beforehand. If you vote while in-game,
Make sure that you accessed GTOP100 via the vote button on our website and that your vote was successfully processed on GTOP100. If you do not successfully vote on GTOP100 for MapleLegends, you will not receive Legends Cash. If you have done all of these and believe that you still incorrectly did not receive Legends Cash, please create a thread on our forums as a character issue: Report a Character Issue
Donor Points can be used to purchase a variety of unique cosmetic items in the cash shop, from clothes to chairs to pets. Consider it a thank you for helping the server out. You can obtain Donor Points by clicking on the Donate tab of the website and donating via Paypal or Bitcoin. You will be automatically credited as soon as Paypal or Bitcoin confirm that your transaction has been processed.
Are you getting a specific error code after your client closes? If you receive Error Code: -2147287038 then this means that your game files are outdated. You will need download and run the installer from our downloads page. This will automatically update your MapleLegends game files. If you receive an Error 38, this means that there is a server-side error, so please report it in the bug reports section of our forum: Report a Bug
Please make a thread in the character issues section of our forum detailing what you did before you got stuck. For the most part, the system should automatically unstuck your character by timing you out, however, if that is not the case, please let us know on the forum and we will unstuck you as quickly as possible.
The MapleLegends staff is always happy to help you out. If you are in-game, you can use the @gm command to contact any staff members in-game at the moment. If you happen to be on during a period where there is no staff member available, please consider making a thread in our support section of the forum and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
